Golden sheen obsidian is naturally occurred volcanic glass formed as an extrusive magmatic rock, it is also known as glass agate, volcanic glass or royal agate. its is formed when lava with high silica content extruded from a volcano cools rapidly with minimal crystal growth. The golden sheen is formed by tiny  distributed  gas bubbles trapped inside as it cools. It is hard and brittle; therefore it fractures with incredibly sharp edges which were used as tools and weapons in the past.
